I help teams make the decisions that shape their products, business and brand.

About

I’m the founder of , a creative practice for founders and small teams who want senior thinking without the overhead of a big agency.
My career started (formally) in 2015 as a project manager at Aerolab, back when it was a young digital product agency. I cared more about how the studio ran than about my title, which is probably why I ended up as Head of Ops in 2016, preparing the company for its next phase:
- Designed the workflows connecting ops, design, and development
- Grew the project management team from 2 to 7
- Built and ran the relationships behind the agency’s biggest accounts
In 2019 I moved into Head of Design, taking the team through a shift that mattered more than the title change:
- Decentralized the team structure so we could scale without slowing down
- Brought strategic and consulting thinking into how we designed
- Developed a training program through bootcamps to extend the designer’s journey
The roles kept getting bigger from there. First Chief of Staff in 2020, then Partner and CEO from 2022 to 2025:
- Led a team of directors and, through them, the full studio of PMs, designers, and developers
- Set company strategy alongside my partners
- Owned the P&L and day-to-day of running the business
- Scaled the org to 70 people without losing what made it work
It was a good decade. But I started missing the work itself, the parts only visible up close. So in 2025 I stepped away to start &company. So far we’ve helped a handful of startups and companies get design that actually moves their business.
Outside of work, most of my time goes to my wife and son, cooking for friends, and music.
